Chrissy Graham Lighthearted, fun, and passionate, Chrissy radiates positivity. She teaches her classes using her wide-range of life experiences and the extensive knowledge she has gained in her 26 years of yoga study. She is well versed in various systems of yoga and has studied with many esteemed teachers over the years. Chrissy was Certified in Anusara Yoga for 15 years, and has since continued studying in various systems of yoga and meditation such as Tibetan Bön meditation, restorative yoga, and self massage. As a Certified E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, she spent most of her years teaching in the San Francisco Bay Area, and abroad. Chrissy presently resides in Ventura county California teaching in Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles Counties. In addition Chrissy has over 18 years of experience teaching yoga in the Tech and office yoga industry, recovery centers, senior centers and kid's yoga.
Chrissy's classes are approachable and adaptable to all settings and all levels. Her classes focus a soft lens on structural alignment with an emphasis on weight bearing poses and dynamic movement. She also brings a deep knowledge of breath work (pranayama) and mindfulness meditation which is centered on stress reduction, restorative yoga or rest. Chrissy had the great fortune to travel and teach visiting and sharing the practice of yoga in wonderful locations such as Holland, Hawaii, Belgium and across the continental United States. Chrissy's appreciation and enthusiasm for life, emanate from her soul in everything she does. Since yoga is her first love, these qualities fill her classroom and inspire her students.

Stretch and Reset
Monday Evening at 5:30 PM
A slow moving class to help release aches and pains. Starting with gentle stretching to increase mobility and finishing in supportive restorative postures. A perfect way to end the day and prepare our bodies for a deeper sleep.
Yoga & Myofascial Roll & Release Thursday Evening at 5:30 PM
This class begins with yoga to open up the body adn then we turn our focus to self massage to roll out fascia and soft tissue which helps to improve circulation, and range of motion. Rolling and self massage also helps to reduce inflammation and stiffness in our joints. Self massage will be followed by one or two restful poses to integrate our self massage healing.
