Facilitator: Lisa Elliot-Rosas
Ballet Barre will focus on core strength through standing postures for everyday life that open the shoulders, lengthen the spine, and support you in gaining grounding and balance.
The workshop will begin with self massage to warm us up for core strengthening exercises which will lead the way to standing and balancing postures that invite focus and grace.
Hands-on adjustments will be available as an option to help people feel their length, open their shoulders, ground into the floor and lengthen their spine from head to toe.
You will leave feeling more aligned, lighter and open hearted.
Please pre-register as space is limited.
Cost: $25/person
