Freely move to a curated playlist that creates opportunity to go beyond the processing of the mind and into the body; expanding, contracting, and releasing, just as the natural world does.
Silence will be held upon entering and exiting the space.

Joslyn Lawrence is a long-time practitioner, holding space for that place in us that processes beyond the mind and through the body. She works with frequency, grief, elderhood, and holding our death close as a way to truly live. Joslyn is currently exploring silent group work that allows for our own innate wisdom to come forward in alignment with the laws of the natural world.
