Jess Sieber Grasso is devoted to advocating for children, women and families through transformational work that strengthens the parent-child relationship and supports parents to be conscious leaders.
Jess is the founder of Following Nature’s Lead, an organization dedicated to supporting meaningful connection with the natural world and relational leadership on the journey of parenting. Through Following Nature’s Lead, she offers parent coaching, nature-connection programs for children and transformational wilderness programs for women.
Jess holds a master's degree in Human Development and a bachelor’s degree in Multicultural Education. As a wilderness guide and nature-based educator, Jess brings an appreciation of nature to all of her work.
Beginning on April 19th, Jess will lead a weekly nature enrichment group, Songbirds, for parents and children (up to age 3) in Ojai that is currently open for enrollment.
