Throughout the evening, you’ll be gently guided into a meditative soundscape designed to support deep rest, emotional release, and energetic recalibration. Through her grounded presence and intuitive voice, Lauren channels sacred tones and divine messages from your guides, guardians, and higher self. Rose medicine—known for its heart-opening and harmonizing properties—will accompany the experience, inviting softness, compassion, and inner clarity.
