Join Seshen for an evening of deep nourishment through the healing power of sound, stillness, and presence. 

As we enter the season of Thanksgiving, we will honor our sacred space within and around us, aligning our whole being with gratitude through the healing power of sound.

Seshen weaves the sounds of clear quartz crystal singing bowls and pyramids with her voice, attuning to the stillness within all things. The music she creates in the moment aligns with our shared field, expressing gratitude and reverence for nature, our connections, and the wholeness within us.

The evening begins with simple body awareness exploration and a guided meditation to help us arrive in our bodies, embrace the present moment, and enter the healing field within and around us. After the 45-50 minute sound journey, the event concludes with a short integration.

ABOUT SESHEN

Originally from Japan, based in Ojai, Seshen has been facilitating intentional sound healing rituals since 2016. With a background as vocalist and improvisor, her music is deeply influenced by nature, her Japanese culture, as well as body-centered therapeutic practices that she has been offering for the past 15 years.
