A special summer offering for those interested in a fresh, fun, effective workout to boost your movement practice. This is a challenging class, but accessible to all levels. Classes are 45 minutes and incorporate pilates, functional strength, mobility and active stretching. We’ll be using light weights (trust me you won’t want heavy here) and a small ball. May result in improved energy, alignment, better digestion, and overall increased enjoyment of being in the body… not to mention a strong butt that makes everything better. KIRBY SLAVIN has been teaching pilates for twenty years in Ventura and Ojai. She is passionate about creating a positive and supportive space for people to empower themselves through movement.
Kirby has studied Pilates, yoga, foundation training, functional movement, meditation and is a certified Chek Holistic Lifestyle Coach. Combining these methods and others, she has created a unique practice to align and activate the physical body which allows you to feel at home in yourself.
