The Teacher Training Beginner/Intermediate Classical Mat Pilates

For Students, Teachers and Curious minds. This training will cover the Classical Mat Exercises of the work created by Joseph Pilates. Learn the fundamental exercises alive in every movement, the principles of whole body balanced strength and the order of the classical exercises.
Dates and Times: October 18-20th
Friday 4pm-7pm: meet and greet, opening meditation and introduction to the principles.
Saturday 11-5pm: Fundamentals, Level 1 exercises, break for lunch 1:30-2:30.
Sunday 12:30- 5pm: Level 2 Exercises, Hands on Adjustments and Contraindications.What to bring:
A pen or pencil for notes, snacks, water and an open mind!
We have mats, props and everything necessary for a successful weekend.
Each student will receive a copy of Joseph Pilates book to study.

JESSIE ZALLA passionately believes that movement heals. Through hands-on guidance and thoughtful movement instruction, Jessie adapts to the diverse needs of her clients. Her classes inspire better posture and a reconnection to inner strength and bone health. The goal is for her clients to achieve movement with ease and efficiency through building a strong supple spine, whole body strength, improved breath capacity, restored vitality and an elevated spirit.
Jessie has taught Pilates, dance, breath work, movement meditations and anatomy since 1997.
