Heart Medicine Kirtan with Julia

“THE REPETITION OF THE HOLY NAMES REVEALS A PRESENCE HIDDEN WITHIN THE HEART. SOMETHING BEGINS TO HAPPEN THAT’S VERY DISTURBING - WE GET HAPPY.”

~ KRISHNA DAS

Join Julia Berkeley and acclaimed tabla player Leonice Shinneman for an transformative and blissful evening of kirtan and chai. Through sacred sound and healing mantras, we gather to transmute energy, awaken love, and ignite the inner peace and joy within us. As Krishna Das, one of the great kirtan artists of our time, wisely shares:

“The ability to sing beautifully is enjoyable, but not necessary. What matters is singing from the heart.”

This practice is open to everyone. Come immerse yourself in uplifting chants, connect with a vibrant community, and enjoy some delicious chai.

(Please sign up online if possible so we know how much chai to make!)
